Your day begins with a comfortable pick-up at your hotel in Rome. Relax and enjoy the changing landscape as you travel through the Roman countryside. Your first stop is the UNESCO World Heritage site Villa d’Este, famous for its magnificent gardens and more than one hundred fountains. Stroll through its terraces, take photos, and enjoy the calm of the Italian countryside before your cooking adventure begins.

After your visit, you will be welcomed to a hidden gem of Tivoli: Villa Proietti. Here, Chef Davide greets you with a warm smile and a glass of wine. The villa’s garden, olive trees, and relaxed atmosphere create the perfect setting for your hands-on cooking class.

Before returning to Rome with your private driver, take a moment to slow down. Wander through the garden, listen to the birds, and breathe in the scent of the countryside. Let the last sips of wine linger on your tongue as you look around and take in the peace of Villa Proietti.

You will start with a welcome drink and learn how to prepare authentic fresh pasta using traditional Italian techniques passed down through generations.
